About  Letters from Lilies:

Letters from Lilies is about beautiful things in life that stir my heart. The life God’s gives us is unique and full of value.  We each have something to share. I hope to reflect Him in these writings and in this life He has given me.  My hearts desire is as Queen Esther, wrote letters for her people, these simple words will bring relief, deliverance and closer to the Living, Almighty God.  And more than anything that God’s Will be done.

About Me:

I  long for deeper revelations of God and His Word. I love simple things in life. Baseball, coffee (lots of it), road trips and most of all my family.  Someday, I hope to be an accomplished gardener but until then I’ll have fun trying!  I love oceans, mountains and especially the prairies, all of the beauty of God’s creation.  Right now, I’m living in a little place called Texas.

I hope to share my faith as a ready scribe.

To the choirmaster: according to Lilies. A Maskil* of the Sons of Korah; a love song. My heart overflows with a pleasing theme; I address my verses to the king; my tongue is like the pen of a ready scribe. Psalms 45:1

Esther rose and stood before the king. And she said, “If it please the king, and if I have found favor in his sight, and if the thing seems right before the king, and I am pleasing in his eyes, let an order be written to revoke the letters devised by Haman the Agagite, the son of Hammedatha, which he wrote to destroy the Jews who are in all the provinces of the king. For how can I bear to see the calamity that is coming to my people? Or how can I bear to see the destruction of my kindred?”  Esther 8: 5-6
